As the former Code Enforcement Officer for a local coastal community, I had the opportunity to work with Bill Guerin, his designs and his plans. Understanding that coastal property can be irregular, rugged terrain means placement and design of the structure are critical to meet both the expectations of the client while meeting applicable codes and shoreline zoning regulations. I found Bill's work to be detailed and accurate, which made the permitting process much easier and faster. I was always relieved to know Bill Guerin was on the job.
